The villa is a traditional home, built by the family’s ancestors, preserving authentic elements such as antiques and traditional decor. At the same time, it is fully equipped with modern amenities to provide you with an unforgettable stay.
The courtyard surrounding the villa features multiple nooks that create shaded, serene spots, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or basking in the afternoon sun. The garden is lush with greenery and includes a small chapel.

Thetida's Villa interior blends Karpathian tradition with contemporary design. The spaces are bright, warm, and decorated in earthy tones, offering ultimate tranquility.
The villa features two spacious bedrooms, one with a 180cm mattress and the other with a 140cm mattress. Additionally, there is a traditional loft (open mezzanine) with a double mattress, ideal for teenagers or young-at-heart guests. In the living room, a triple sofa bed and a single bed provide extra sleeping options, making the villa perfect for up to 6 guests, families, or groups of friends. For your entertainment, there’s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
A fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine, a WC, and an outdoor shower are at your disposal, complete with towels and linens for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary appliances, as well as an electric BBQ.
The villa is a non-smoking space. For your safety, a safe box is provided for storing valuables.

However, please note that due to the presence of stairs from the parking area to the villa, access may be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or wheelchair users.
